The water wall tubes were leaked by the high temperature corrosions, which put the boiler units shut down and made the safety and economy operation of the power plants effected severely, which also made the safety generation and dispatch of the all power network effected severely. Thereby, more and more attentions and researching were given on the problem of the high temperature corrosion of the water wall tubes of the boiler recently.However, researching of the high temperature corrosion is limited in engineering, more in-depth researching is lack about the corrosion mechanism and the course of reaction. But we set out form the Lab in the paper, the conditions of the temperature of the water wall tubes and the ambience of the furnace is imitated in Lab, the material of sample is adopted by the steel of the boiler (20G), which made the test conditions approach to the fact work conditions of the water wall tubes of the boiler and made the imitation accurate. The analysis of SEM of the corrosion products is adopted; the curves of add weightiness of corrosion is translated into the thermal dynamic curves, so we can judged the corrosion mechanism by the thermal analysis.Through dealing and analyzing the data by means of the thermal analysis kinetics, the activation energy E and pre-exponential gene A are got at different corrosion atmosphere and different temperature. Combined to the results of SEM, we analyzed the influence of the different corrosion atmosphere and different temperature to the corrosion. During the oxidation experiments, the oxidation may be easier with the rising of oxidation temperature; During the experiments with the atmosphere of SO2 and H2S, the corrosion rate will be rising and the oxdition film will be easier to runaway with the rising of the corrosion temperature and the concentration of the corrosion atmosphere.
