As we all know that large-scale and heavy equipment always has big shape, high price, complex design and operation, and abominable product condition. It is difficult to optionally carry this equipment and run it at random. The designer must have excellent speciality diathesis. Because of those reasons, almost every factory and school can not win widespread training and education on large-scale and heavy equipment. This paper develops a system of product design automatization and three-dimension simulation and control, which has successfully resolved those problems. By using this system, the designer and manipulator could easily acquaint equipments' structure, capability, character and strict operating skill.Firstly, considering the development and applicationof current simulation technique, the author has adopted the designing idea of "taking man as the foundation", the concept of "three-dimension simulation integrated control technology" and the new method of "integration of virtual-actual".Secondly, based on those theories, this paper develops local three-dimension simulation and control system, which combines VRML, Java, communication technology and multimedia in vocality: The author utilize products conceptual design DARFAD system to model the products , and transform into VRML file through 3DMAX, then revise VRML file and write Java procedure according to the need. The author creatively propose and develop the communication protocols between DARFAD system and three-dimension fictitious scene that can be read and delt with relevant information by the Java procedure, which embody the movement and assembling relations between the movement and basic parts. The author has succeed in achievingthree-dimension realtime simulation and control system of the electromechanical equipment based on Internet.U sing the virtual interactive teaching environment in three-dimension cyberspace that provided by the operation system have excellently realize gapless link from classrooms to factories, and Utilizingit it has already succeeded in developing artificial realization of procedure, which includes automation steering simulation training system , spring sorting machine simulation, peritoneoscope operation simulation training system, vice jig and roll word jig.Lastly, the author takes numerical control turning center, large-scale maching equipment as the example to carry on practical, system and detailed development work. In the course of developing this system, the author has deeply investigated on VRML especially doing a lot of work on the interfaces between VRML and external data (EAI). This paper presents system's structure and realizing mechanism and also gives realizing methods, key technology and optimization approaches. The author has done tentative work to make this system achieve remote control and fault diagnosis after a series ofkey-technic breakthroughs.The system has low cost and developing period, spaning operating systems and high reliability and security. It can be widly used in computer aided instruction, remote education, remote three-dimension realtime control and so on. We have already succeeded in appling the system to highere ducation and training and examining skilled works.
