The coal plays an important role in the premier energy composing of China, the economical coal-fired generating electricity is the leading manner of the electric power production, and some contamination of SOx & NOX mostly comes from the coal-fired generating electricity too. The environment pollution resulting from the coal firing has become the focus of the world. The burning technology of the high-efficient and low-pollution circulating fluidized bed (CFB) has been developed rapidly and has got commercial development over the dozens of years. We can come true the clear burning to reduce the contamination release by way of adjusting course state, and it is the cheapest and the most effective method to father the pollution to the atmosphere resulting from the boiler burning, and it adapts to the request of the environmental protection too. Because the difference of the burning states influences the formation and the release of SOx and NOx, the basal research about the coal-fired generating SOx and NOx is the important means to guide the boiler high-efficient and low- contaminative design and the running.Two sets of the coal-fired system have been designed to study the separating-out situation of NOx and SOx while the coal is burning in CFB. This paper discusses the release situation of NO and SO2 mainly. One set is the tube furnace of static combustion experimental system; another is the CFB experimental bed coal-fired that we design by ourself. The primary experimental coal is the Huangtai semi-anthracitic coal.First of all, in order to research the contamination release along the CFB height under the influence of various kinds of factors, we utilize a CFB experimental bed to carry on the small-scale industrial experiment, according to the actual conditions in the laboratory, we study a series of formation and release laws of NO and SO2 in the course of the coal burning in CFB under the changing situations .The research on the release of SO2 through some experiments focuses on some factors, such as the changing of the excess air coefficient, the different Ca/S molar ratio andthe difference of the bed temperature; The research on the release of NO under the test bed focuses on the different size of the coal, the changing of the excess air coefficient, the volatile content difference, the different Ca/S molar ratio and the difference of the bed temperature.Secondly, Huangtai semi-anthracitic coal and Laicheng bituminous coal and some other kinds of coal have been chosen to study about the release characteristics of NO and SO2 from the fired-coal on the tube furnace. We analyze the impact of different factors to the release property of NO and SO2, it provided some academic reference to the release control of contamination and the optimized-burning and the actually CFB burning. We mostly discuss the influence of the temperature and the different coals on the release of SO2 in the tube furnace experiment, and the discussion on the release of NO focuses on the factors such as the different Ca/S molar ratio and the difference of the temperature.Finally, according to the former research and my own experimental result, a dynamics model of the total sulfur release has been made. Considering the actual range of CFB, the dynamics model of the low-temperature sulfur has benn mainly discussed, and then the activation energy, the exponential coefficient and the constant of the reaction velocity of the low-temperature sulfur have been confirmed.This text carry on overall research combining the actual condition of production to the coal-fired contamination release of CFB, this paper offers the essential experiment basis for the low- pollution combustion of CFB.
