Along with the continuous progress in modern powder engineering, sophisticated specifications of powder-processing equipment are being put forward. To prompt home research and application in this field , Zhengzhou University and Sida.Ltd in Xinxiang County work together and develop a new style vertical roller miller. As the dynamic characteristic of its hydraulic-load system is dominant to the miller's performance, this paper adopts the load system as the studying object. Then theoretical analysis and experimental research are carried out to investigate how the variation of main structural and working parameters affect dynamic characteristic in depth and in detail. As a result, the miller as a whole is enhanced .Based on a comprehensive summary of nowadays loading methods of domestic and foreign millers, hydraulic power is regarded as a best approach. The being-used hydraulic scheme verifies its Tightness and reasonableness, compared with the other design proposals. The author utilizes the POWER BOND GRAPH modeling method and induces the stage equation. In the following paper the detailed procedure is given. The appropriate algorithm which can soundly solve the above mathematic model is programmed with the Matlab software to provide time response. Moreover,experiment system and computer testing system are designed and a series of experiments are made to confirm the simulation model. Authorized by the reliability of the simulation model, the author can adjust relative parameters to clarify their reparative and comprehensive effects on dynamic feathers. According to specific requirements of this efficiency-oriented miller, how the load system can most numerously absorb and thus cushion abrupt external and internal force impact is decisive. Therefore, the internal conducting mechanism of the load system is investigated both in theory and by computer simulation, emphasizing those parameters serving to reduce the shock. Several useful conclusions are obtained .The author innovates a new experimental way that can load abrupt forces of several sorts and easily compare the subsequent results as well.Practice in all stages above reflects the author's rational and correct mind .The thesis can be referred by those similar systems. What's more, these well-proved research results have been applied successfully on the plot. Generally speaking, the study fulfills our previous goals.
