Continuously variable transmission (CVT) automatically and continuously change speed ratio according to automobile run condition, which make engine run according to the optimum economy cure or the optimum performance cure. Contrasting with other transmission, CVT has many merits, for example, obviously improving automotive fuel economy , motivity and cosiness,reducing pollution. CVT has been main driction of automotive development. The technology of CVT has prodigious enhance. CVT is contolled by electronic-hydraulic at present. The system of electronic-hydraulic is the core technology of CVT. The dynamic characericstics of CVT hydraulic system based double-pump have been carried out under the project (50475067) finaced by National Science Foundation which includes follow content:â‘ The dissertation reviews the basic structure ,types, technical feature, working principle, application , developing tendency of CVT and analyses the important significance of reaserching dynamic characteristic of CVT hydraulic system.â‘¡The energy loss of CVT hydraulic system is discussed on the basis of analyzing speed ratio characteristic , torque characteristic, influencing their factor. The power characteristic simulation model of CVT hydraulic system of the single bump is built and simulated. The power matching scheme of high efficiency and economy is put forward and the double-pump control system is designed on the basis of analyzing power characteristics and matching condition of single-bump. The power characteristic simulation model of CVT hydraulic system of the double-bump is built, simulated, analyzed.â‘¢The model of power bond, mathematics, simulation of speed tatio valve and clamping force valve is built, The simulation results indicate that peed tatio valve and clamping force valve can fulfil the hydraulic system of CVT. The model of power bond and mathematics of driving and driven pulley oil vat, PWM fast electromagnetic valve is built. The flux control dynamic model of double-pump id built on the basis of analyzing CVT hydraulic system flux characteristic.â‘£The speed tatio power bond model is built on the basis of analyzing the relation of action radius and axial displacement of driving and driven pulley.
