| The Geographic Information Systems(GIS) are widely used in public administration science research and business in recent years . In accordance with the practical requirement of power network and application of GIS, this article discussed the organization of spatial data suited to power network . And spatial indexing mechanism suited to power network is emphasized .Along with the application in all fields , Multi-Rate , multi-scale application pattern is formed. Integrated General platform and simple function platform (or GIS controls) are needed. AccordingAccording to the practical requirement of power network , shortcoming of tools softs about GIS are analyzed. Based of object-oriented way ,A organization model of spatial data and property data is proposed accordding to the power network characteristics. And this model is realized in relational database.It is inadequate to study on all kinds of indexed structure simply in order to apply spatial indexed technology to GIS. All kinds of indexed structure should be studied systemicly . We haven't got to this goal and found no documents about this research. We only studied several index suited to two-dimention space. On the one hand, spatial index suited to this power network are selected by analyzing the difference of several kinds index. On the other hand , we hope to get good suggest about more systemic research.some work are conducted as follows:1 Organization of spatial data in power network GIS are disscused.2 Many spatial indexed structure including Grid index,CELLQTREE ordered quart -Tree ,R-tree,R*-tree are discussed in details . characteristics of these index structure suited to index based on main memory and index based on Auxiliary Memory ,static index and dynamic index are discussed.The storage performance, performance of query, updating performance are analyzed on theory.3 spatial index structure suited to the GIS system of power network, are selected and designed based on the application of GIS on power network by analyzed many experiment.4 Algorithm about the spatial index are realized. And the efficiency to GIS on power network are verified. |
