With the development of information technology in the new era,the pace of modernization of the power system is also accelerating,and the demand for power supply is also increasing.In order to reduce the loss of electrical energy during transmission,the hierarchical voltage transmission mode is becoming more and more common,which makes the structure of the power line more and more complicated,the scale and the amount of equipment are significantly increased,and the fault of the line is also increased.At the same time,due to the lack of effective path planning functions and encryption systems,the efficiency and safety of the power line system has not been guaranteed.This subject plans to record power lines and tower facilities into the mobile terminal system,improve the function of path planning in the inspection task and the method of information encryption during data transmission,and use information to store and manage the line data to enable the inspectors Understand the fault situation of the line intuitively in time to optimize the system.The main research contents are as follows:(1)A spatial index method combining IR tree and G tree index is proposed.Firstly,for the optimal path search problem with multiple positive and negative keywords,the spatial text object is used as the vertex,and the weight is used to represent the distance to construct a highway network query model.Then analyze the advantages of G-tree index and IR-tree index and propose a new RG-tree index.This method creates a keyword distance matrix based on the G-tree index method and applies a binary index to each keyword,using sub-nodes The logical OR represents its parent node index,thus accelerating the speed of keyword retrieval.Finally,the validity of the new index is verified in the highway network model through the baseline algorithm and three other approximate algorithms.The experimental results show that the RG tree index can effectively solve the problem of the optimal path query containing multiple keywords in daily work.(2)A new image encryption method based on elliptic curve is proposed.In order to solve the complex calculation problem of encoding ordinary text into elliptic curve coordinates by the Koblitz encoding technology in a finite field of large prime order,the image is first scrambled using the Arnold transform technology,and then the pixel conversion is performed using 256 as the base value for every 64 pixel values,Get the continuous pixel value as the coordinates of the ciphertext encoding.It replaces the original coding method and solves the problem of data expansion in the coding process.Finally,the results of encryption and decryption are obtained from the point operations on the curve and the possibility of being at an infinity point is analyzed.Experiments show that this method can effectively improve encryption strength and reduce encryption time.(3)Design and implement power line management system combining RG tree index and ellipse encryption method.Analyze and put forward the design scheme of the information coding and attribute database of power lines,and make an in-depth discussion on the spatial analysis methods of pole tower and line information;on this basis,use Map Objects as the secondary development control,and use Web GIS as the basis for the power The line management system project has carried out detailed scheme design.The system includes many functions such as patrol record,path query,transmission encryption and so on.It verifies all the improvement schemes proposed in this paper and realizes the visual management of power lines and towers.
