It is studied the method of using Finite Elements Method analysis systemsoftware ANSYS to take dynamic analysis on a pair of involute gears in thepaper. The paper is base on eight nodes Finite Elements Method and the theoryof gear contacting stress analysis. The effect of different loading ways and thevalue taking of real constant is discussed in this paper.Main completed studies:1. Completed accurate modeling in ANASYS environment.2. Studied the comparison of different gear contacting analysis loading ways.3. Found the ways to get gear contacting tress.4. Get the effect of different value taking of real constant.5. Built the parameterized model.6. Accomplished the exploiture of "gear contacting stress analysis system "software.In the paper, a CAE software "gear contacting stress analysis system"isexploits in ANASYS environment with the model of APDL and programmesoftware VISUAL C++ 6.0. The software is fit for the users having lesseracquaintance with ANSYS. The software has friendly interface and is easy tooperate. After the users input gear parameters, the software can automatictransfer the parameters to ANSYS, complete the analysis and get intuitionisticresult. This software can be run in operating system upward Windows 2000. Theexploiture of this software offers reference to gear designers for gear intensityanalysis.
