The theoretical and technical research on diagnosis of mechanical equipment has become more and more perfected But it is the last tache that how to apply the research to producing practice.Turbogenerators is an important equipment in the industry, especially in the power and petrochemical industry. Because of the complexity of turbogenerators and particularity of its running circumstance, it cause the fault rate high and the harm is big. So the fault diagnosis of turbogenerators is an important question of the application of the fault diagnosis technic. According to the consideration just made selection turbogenerators a research for familiarly vibrating fault diagnosis, investigating how from the machine set behavior synthesize its characteristic, determining the nature with information to the fault according to the related data, then as to it's output reason or mechanisms do the judgement, and makes sure to solve.In the factual equipment management, the fault of turbogenerators often refers to over vibrating of turbogenerators and over abrasion of the components. So the often fault diagnosis of turbogenerators includes the analysis of the vibrating and one of oil liquid. The second chapter stressfully discusses the implement methods of the two technics and approaches of improving the equipment fault diagnosis accurate rate.There are many types of turbogenerators vibrating fault that add up to tens, but the common faults account for 95 percent of those. Summarizing the producing experiment of others and myself, the practical need can be satisfied if these typical faults can be judged correctly. So it is important engineering meaning to master the typical and common diagnosis technic. The third chapter introduces their types, characteristic and judging methods.Four turbogenerators faults dealt with in the fact are discussed in the last part of the thesis.
