In this paper, I will test and research refrigerated containers theoretically. According to the rule of GB, test the refrigerated containers.Then.based on the theory of thermodynamics and the theory of hydrodynamics, applying simulation technique to theorize mathematics model of the key component of refrigerated containers .simulate the air flow field and temperature field for refrigerated containers. Main contents of this thesis are as what follows:First, experimental test the refrigerated containers, According to the requirement of GB, begin to air leakage experiment, heat leakage experiment, refrigerated performance experiment in turn.Second, the key component sub-models for a refrigerated containers are developed. Concentrative parameter model are adopted in the compressor and the thermostatic expansion valve. Because of refrigerant's flow in condenser and evaporator is very complexity, need to simplify them and construct steady mathematics model.other component is ignored. At last, With the aid of computational Fluid Dynamics technique, the K- ε turbulence model is adopted to simulate the three-dimensional static airflow and temperature distribution inside the freezing box. Analyse the result of simulation. The above theoretical and experimental researches offer a theoretical basis for optimization design of refrigerated containers. |
