With the economic construction advancing rapidly and the people's standard of living changing with each passing day, Distribution Network increasingly faces the urgent request to improve power supply reliability, Reliability on Service in Total is a synthtical guideline that embodiment the electric equip level, the technique level, the management level and the service level. It is the demand of the business enterprise management inside and the demand of the social working talent outward to improve power supply reliability.For the distribution system reliability, this paper introduces the development, studying means and purpose, as well as indexes analysis. The model of the reliability of components is formulated. And the indices of components evaluation and the algorithm are introduced in the series and parallel systems. In order to make the reliability assessment of distribution system more rational and effective, minimal cut sets are presented including the methods of solving the minimal cut sets, path sets, minimal path to solve the minimal cut sets. In this course many factors affecting the reliability in the system are considered, such as planned maintainence, reserve power supply, active failure, transfer load, weather etc, nad this makes the result more practical. This paper uses the RBTS bus 2 as an example by the minimum cutting to calculate the systems reliability indices and analytics the result .The results provide a lot of available information for the planning and operation of distribution system, and also are favourable for engineering technological personnel to find the weak point in distribution system so as to take the corresponding enhancement measures.Then this text analysed the characteristic of the country Distribution Network, discussed the necessary of developing Reliability manage on Service in country Distribution Network, and the efficiency means to exaltation power supply credibility. When setting real time date collections in the radiation type Distribution Network, put forward a kind of inspire type measurement . And estimate the electric voltage sometime on one of our company's 10 kV Distribution line.It further argumented for the possibility,function of this project.
