With the development of power technology,the function of power distribution automation system is more perfect,and then it is widely used in the construction of distribution network.Therefore,we put forward higher requirements for the quality of electric energy,power grid construction,stable operation and good service ability of power grid science.The distribution system is one of six core steps to build a strong and smart grid,and then it also is the key foundation and important content for strong smart grid.In accordance with the national advanced scientific practice,advanced distribution automation system is to enhance the supervision ability of distribution network,the level of supply,quality and stability for achieving the scientific and economic operation.And it is the key to realizing the goal of intelligent distribution network.According to the obvious shortcomings of the original distribution automation system,Qufu Power Supply Company upgrades the distribution automation system based on the transformation of urban distribution network.I have the honor to participate in the design work of this project,and get a lot of practical experiences about power distribution automation system.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic knowledge of the distribution network automation system,and the necessity of upgrading the distribution network automation system in Qufu urban district is pointed out based on the understanding of this power distribution system.Then,based on the situation of the distribution automation master station insufficiency and the low reliability rate of power supply in urban distribution system,and then we design the detailed transformation plan of the distribution network structure,primary equipment,distribution automation master station system,feeder automation,distribution terminal station and related distribution communication network with distribution information integration application and so on.Finally,the actual application of Qufu urban distribution network automation system is analyzed and tested after the transformation.The actual application of the distribution primary network and equipment,the distribution network automation system,feeder automation and some other aspects are analyzed in detail.And the actual operation results of the whole system are analyzed.The successful practice of distribution network automation project in Qufu urban district shows that the construction of distribution automation will promote the transformation of production and operation management mode of distribution network and it will improve the reliability and economic operation of the power distribution network,and the operation and management level of power distribution network and the quality of power supply service.It will bring significant economic benefits and enormous social benefits.Due to the application of distribution automation system,the content of science of Qufu distribution network engineering and technology has greatly improved,and the stability of power supply has significantly enhanced.And then,the study is focused on the intelligent distribution network,control integration aspects.From the actual operation over the past year,it can be seen that,the modified Qufu urban distribution network automation system has significantly improved the reliability of power supply and achieved the expected goal.It has greatly enhanced the distribution network operation management level and service quality of power supply,played a huge role in the normal operation and regulation of distribution network in Qufu City.This system uses advanced technology and facilities and stable communication network,it will produce great benefits in the development of social economy in Qufu in the future.
