In this paper, contraposing the aircraft static load test, introduce a method of using CAD(Computer Aided Design) technology into the field of aircraft structure static load test design , and research the interact design question about aircraft surface and load calculating.First, the Bezier curve method and 3-order spline curve method are used to describe and define aircraft surface. The advantages and disadvantages of the two methods are discussed. Then, the mathematics model of calculating the surface load and point load in the design of aircraft structure static load test using aircraft surface model is established. Under VC6.0 on Windows system, aircraft surface model and calculating load model is integrated. It make the load calculation can be done automatically with rather high precision. Especially, the result of load calculation can be shown visually by using graphics display.The calculating example is from the data of structure static load test of an aircraft. It is shown by the results that the precision and the efficiency of load calculation .It is improved remarkably by using the surface model and the load calculating method.
