With the popularization and application of CAPP technology, enterprises have accumulated a lot of technical data. In order to obtain typical processes from existing processes and to use the typical processes, the typical assembly processes mining methods based on clustering algorithms and association rules algorithm is proposed. The first mining method is to use classification coding technology to code aircraft assembly processes data, on this basis, the clustering algorithm is used to classify the assembly processes. FP-growth algorithm then is used to mine the typical assembly processes. The main research aspects:1) The general process of mining data is analyzed. According to the aircraft assembly process features, the mining procedures of typical aircraft assembly processes are obtained. The mining algorithms are determined.2) Assembly processes for aircraft manufacturing enterprises are in-depth investigated and studied, the characteristics of the aircraft assembly process are analyzed, aircraft assembly coding classification table are summed up.3) Clustering algorithms are analyzed. The classification method of the aircraft assembly processes based on clustering algorithms is proposed. Assembly processes described in clustering algorithms are researched.4) Association rules are analyzed. The mining technology of aircraft typical assembly processes based on the associated rules is proposed. Assembly processes frequent pattern trees are studied.5) The structure of mining aircraft typical assembly processes system is designed.This thesis made a new attempt to apply mining data technique to the mining process of aircraft typical assembly processes. A mining data technique of typical assembly processes based on clustering algorithms and association rules algorithm is proposed. The feasibility of applying the cluster algorithm rules and association rules to typical assembly processes mining techniques is proved by using examples. The technique has larger reference value for the future mining practice in enterprise.
