Quality plays a vital role in the aircraft production management. The aircraft assembly is a key link in the process of aircraft manufacturing. The quality of aircraft assembly decides the level of the production quality and the production efficiency of enterprises. With the popularization and application of the digital assembly technology and the using of advanced equipment in the actual production of aircraft digital assembly, the aviation company has accumulated considerable quality data. Therefore, to study the quality data and quality control technology of aircraft assembly has theoretical value and practical significance. This paper studies the key technology of the quality data and quality control technology of aircraft assembly, which is based on a digital production line project of Shenyang Aerospace University. The main content of this paper is:Firstly, we analyze the data characteristics of the aircraft assembly quality, and then establish the quality data model system based on the quality data model and the quality data warehouse model.Secondly, we analyze the content and method of the aircraft assembly quality data acquisition. Based on the data ETL technology and Server SQL, a data integration management system is proposed, which solves the integration of multi-source heterogeneous data.Then analyze the data by cluster analysis and association rule analysis. Firstly, we study the basic algorithm of clustering. And the key features of aircraft assembly quality are analyzed by cluster analysis. Secondly, we study the association rules, and the relationship between the key features of the quality and the quality of the key features. Then we study the potential value of the relationship between the data and the quality. Next, we verify the feasibility of the method.Finally, study the technology of assembly quality statistics. The basic principle of quality control based on SPC technology is analyzed. And we study the fluctuation regularity anddata measurement of quality data. According to the statistical control theory, we develop the analysis method of key characteristics of aircraft assembly quality based on the features of aircraft. For the characteristics of small batch production, we develop a method based on individual-moving range control chart and the combination of similar quality characteristics data to control the statistic. At the end of this paper, we analyze a civil aircraft model to prove the feasibility of this method.
