With the flight envelope curve enlarging, the aircraft such as airplane and missile demands the advanced control system with high performances. The control theory based on accurate mathematic model could not satisfy the modern war. Robust control which takes the uncertainties into account is attracting more and more attention. In recent years, the robust control theory developed much. Especially the theory of regional Pole-placement, H2 norm and H∞ norm are very fruitful. It's very useful to colligate various methods to design a controller that can meet more demands, many specialists and scholars have made great efforts and obtained a lot of achievements .This dissertation focuses on the theory of Regional Pole Constraints and H2 /H∞ control. Associated with a certain aircraft, some robust controllers are designed. The main contributions are:1. An survey has been done on robust control.2. An aircraft model with parameter uncertainties is introduced in differential equation form.3. By using Lyapunov stability theory and the linear matrix inequality, Regional Pole Constraints are transformed into a convex optimization problem. The poles of systems are placed at a prescribed circular region via feedback so that the systems can satisfy the robust stable performance and disturbance-restrained performance. Through this approach, a controller for a certain airplane is designed.4. By the convex optimization principle and some parameter changes, H2/H∞ Constraints are also transformed into some linear matrix inequalities.5. Combining the two ways above, some controllers for state feedback and output feedback are designed. The corresponding controller is also designed for the flight model with parameter uncertaintiesThe results of simulink show that these controllers can satisfy the robust stable performance and disturbance-restrained performance.
