The research on electric braking system is focused on simulation and engineering application. The test system is necessary in the course of developing the electric braking system. The fact that the research on braking test system is scarcely and it will limit the development of electric braking system. The test system of the electric braking is designed in the paper.The braking moment signal is accepted and the aircraft speed and the wheel speed are calculated in braking test system. The aircraft speed and wheel speed are received by the braking control system. According to the anti-skid algorithm, the braking moment is adjusted by the braking control system. The braking test system and the braking system incorporate a close loop so that the performance of the electric braking system can be tested. The dynamic model of the aircraft which is built, simplified, and linearized in order to calculate and send out the aircraft speed signal and wheel speed signal in time. The construction of the test system which based on TMS320F2812 is designed, and the key circuit is researched in-depth. The aircraft simplified model is programmed by C and assembly language. On the basis of analyzing the characterization of TMS320F2812, the anti-jamming means is applied to hardware and software.The joint test of the braking system and the test system shows that the test system can supply the two speed signals effectively and reliably for the control system. The aircraft speed, wheel speed, and braking moment are sent to PC via RS-232 serial communication, and these signals can be displayed and the braking process can be analyzed intuitively.
