With the development of aviation industry,the aircraft becomes heavier and speeder;accordingly,the kinetic energy increased during its takeoff and landing.Then it's more important for the security of anti-skid braking system to make sure the aircraft takes off and lands safely.During the production and maintenance of anti-skid braking system,it's necessary for the system testing equipment which is used to evaluate the security of anti skid braking system.All above,it's significant to develop an anti-skid braking system testing equipment for this special aircraft.In this paper,taking the anti-skid braking system as the test object,and Lab VIEW as development environment,the test platform of anti-skid breaking system is developed.Main work as following:1.Briefly introduce the key technologies used to support the test platform such as Virtual instrument,serial communication and intelligent instrument.2.Based on working principle of anti-skid braking system and its components,put forward functional requirement of the test platform,and defined the overall scheme.In accordance the analysis of input and output signals of the components and general structure plan,established the hardware mould and software mould for the test platform.3.Modularized the hardware parts of the test platform according to the overall scheme.Including: the selection of the intelligent instrument,relay module and the other key components;the design of the driving module,such as module composition,the realization of motor drive;the design of analog and test circuits for anti-kid braking system in conditioning circuit module.4.On the basis of completion of design for hardware,develop test platform software by Labview graphic programming language;modularized the test program in accordance with overall analysis of software.Following the bottom-up development ideas of the test platform,define the test items of anti-skid braking system's components as subroutines;complete the design of subprogram with program flow chart,actualize the operation of test program through the control on virtual panel of the master program.After completing the design of the test platform,verified its correctness and reliability by joint test for parts of anti-skid braking system,and the testing ability of the platform can meet the requirement of the static test of the anti-skid braking system.
