With the development of economic.more and more home own their private vechicles. In crowded urban cities, reducing vehicles exhaust emissions is becoming urgent problem to be solved. So, HEV can be an ideal measure . Of course ,HEV's mian drive power still is petrol,but recycle cell can provide auxiliary power for vehicle's driving.As the vehicles take the brake or wait for the red light,the generators can charge the batteries. HEV(Hybrid electric vehicle) is an alternative. In the crowded areas, it could be set to run as a zero emission vehicle at pure electric mode;in other areas, it runs at hybrid mode with low fuel consumption and emission. By this alternative running, the vehicle realizes zero emission in special areas with enough running range.This paper mainly introduced the relevant knowledge of hybrid electric vehicles (HEV). Because of the especially of their structure, the way of using battery in HEV is different from using in EV, so its requisition for battery has differences with the electric vehicles. Towards the recycled cell, open-charging- voltage(OCV) has a strictly relation with the state-of-charge (SOC). When the recycled cell after a work state.different charging currense and different charging time all will lead to a different phenomena of electrochemical polarization . After a long time of charging.this phenomena died away very slowly ,and the degree of this penomena has a non-lineary relationship. These non-linear characters directly lead to the estimate error of SOCo We want to construct a more correct battery model and it's state model through that we can use some kind of mathematic algorithm to find out the value of electrochemical polarization voltage.So this paper's mainpoint is clearly describing the battery model and it's realization .This paper has introduced my concentrated-way datum measuring method and its hardware.. This project has many virtues and advantage, such as low costs> high reliability and isolated noise. Every function module in this project has been introduced . This paper also introduced the automobile CAN bus and its realization in battery management system. After the examination and field utilization,BMS's hardware is feasible.especially the battery's datum collecting system with high conversion speed and good result...
