This paper has corrected and remedied the defect of some books and articles in the Theory of Electromagnetism by investigating some difficult problems in the Electromagnetism as follows:1. Classical Maxwell's Equation has been discussed to find the limitation of it,and we firmly believe that it is necessary to comprehend Maxwell's Equation at a high administrative levels.2. The relativity movement rule of a electrification partical in a uniform electromagnetic field has been discussed and we has obtained some useful result.3.The solution for the distribution of potential internal the dielectric ellipsoid has been obtained by means of ellipsoidal coordinates,and has obtainted the expression of the polarization field strength in the dielectric ellipsoid,calculated the included angle value of polarization vector and the external field vector,making programe to compute to get the relation shetch between the included angle value of polarization vector and the external field vector and we have discussed the result and hold that the direction of polarization field strength with that of the external field don't always strict antiparallel.4. The series solution of the eccentric spherical capacitor's capacitance has been obtained based on the bispherical coordinate system and strict derivetion, and through making programe to compute to get the numerical relation between the capacitance and the eccentrity,pionted out that the capacitance not let up but enlarged with the gain of eccentriccity.5. The strict solution of the eddy current distribution inside a conductor cylindrical boundary surface for quasi-state-state is obtained by derivation of Maxwell's equations; meanwhile, the approximate solution of the eddy current and electromagnetic field in the condition of the low-frequency or the high-frequency are obtained.Furthermore the penetration depth of the skin effect is achieved.6. The radiation field of a metal antenna has been investigated by means of solving the integral equation of the antenna.the precision of this method is more accurate than the result we solve the differential equation of the antenna by computer.
