Crane machine is to be used abroad in many department of country economy. Along with rapid developing innovation opening course, crane is to be used heavy and heavy, and the destroyed steel structure is increased in every year. In the breakage of crane steel structure, near 60%-90% is fatigue breakage in repeat stress. According to research, every year whole country happen crane fatigue failure accident near hundreds, loss hundreds millior money, and badly effected country economy's building and development.Thus crane structure fatigue breakage is an osculated attent problem by engineer and consumer. In our nation the rule of crane design is publicized in 1983, and has more than twenty years as yet. In these years technology is rapid developed in our country and others, and new technology appears constantly in crane design and making industry. So old rule's many design method and truth can't fit and satisfy current crane design require. Under thus premise our country begin to modify 83 edition ((Design rules for cranes)) .This thesis is discussing the fatigue check content of current modifying crane rules. Through theory analysis, comparing to current applying abroad rules in our or other country, and using several type fatigue analysis exsamples to show stress range also fit in with our country crane rules.So text bring forward that stress range standard can be used in our crane rules fatigue check, and it is the important reference for our modifying crane design rules.
