A mass of energy consumption resulted from the fast economy development has caused the severe lack of energy situation in our country. Under the present background, our government proposes that we should regard energy saving as important as energy develop, so that we should pay more attention to energy saving than energy develop in the near future ". Because of the high energy consumption, air conditioner has consumed 15% of electric power in our country. Because the efficiency of the air conditioning in our country is less than the efficiency of the air conditioning in developed country, we can improve the efficiency of the air-conditioning .In March of 2005, our government issued several Energy Efficiency standards of the air conditioner in order to impel the producer to improve the efficiency of the air conditioning.Improvement of refrigeration system can be achieved by different methods. Generally, in order to save energy, we can improve the components, reduce the condensing temperature or increase the evaporating temperature. But it is difficult that improve the component because of the limits of the technology level, meanwhile it is not easy to reduce the condensing temperature or increase the evaporating temperature owning to the operation condition.The purpose of this paper is to study improvement of the compressor by meliorating refrigeration circulatory system. It is well-known that improvement can be achieved by reducing the exhaust pressure of the compressor, and the exhaust pressure bears relation to the compressor back pressure. The compressor back pressure can be reduced if we inject some refrigerant liquid from the receiver into the exhaust pipe of the system. So energy saving will be obtained by the abovementioned method.This paper collected and analyzed the basic principle of energy saving and some related energy saving technology of refrigeration. Then we developed a VB program to work out the theoretical efficiency of the usual refrigeration system and the mended system. By comparison, weknow the mended system was useful. After the calculation, we put forward three measures, namely using pump, using spout and capillary pump to realize abovementioned method. Then we found out that capillarity pump can save more energy and has simpler structure by analyzing the three measures, so we decided to use the capillarity pump. Finally we designed three different capillarity pumps on a liquid-vapor heat exchanger to do experiments. From the experimental data, we have concluded that this method is useful and practical.In the last chapter the paper comes to a conclusion from the experiment, and gives some direction of the method after the experiment.
