Relying on reconstruction of second level highway pavement project, This paper has carried on research on reconstructed pavement with geogrid. physics and mechanics parameters of geogrid have been confirmed by tensile test in this paper, by making cement stablilized crushed stone medium beams with geogrid , the flexure-tension resistant performance ,flexural fatigue property and the influence on the stress, deformation and fatigue are comprehensively analyzed while geogrid is laid at the bottom of semi-rigid type base course ,and the geogrid's effect on semi-rigid type base material is analyzed by strain energy theory, on the basis of material parameter got in two tests above, applying geogrid to three states separatelyold road with crack situation ,old way widen situation and old way mend situation , and finite element models are set up and calculated by ANSYS to analyze the influence of the stress and strain state. Meanwhile, this paper has tested on old road and reconstructed pavement with Benkelman beam and FWD set respectively, analyzing the improvement situation to the bearing capacity of pavement with the geogrid . the suggestions on the application and detection have been put forward when the geogrid is used in reconstruction of pavement project , which can offer some reference to the engineers who pursue the design of geogrid in highway . |
