This paper has analyzed the semi-rigid basic unit characteristic, the principle of intensity forms and the mechanism of the crack, explained the inherent defect of the semi-rigid basic unit, proposed three kinds of prevention and cure cracks measures.The graded broken stone can drain water and prevent the reflection crack as the transitional layer. We analyze influence factor of the graded broken stone modules of resilience, the CBR value, the plastic deformation, the shearing strength, the coefficient of permeability. Carrying on mechanics computation through the bisar procedure, we analyze the influence of the graded broken stone module and thickness, roadbed module, semi-base thickness and module which lead to the asphalt layer bottom tension stress, the asphalt layer bottom tension strain, the asphalt layer bottom shearing stress, the graded broken stone top shearing stress, the graded broken stone top plastic deformation, semi-base bottom tensile stress, roadbed top pressure strain, the road surface flexure. We estimate the typical structure in advance the life-span.We have introduced the classification of the geotechnological synthetic material and mechanics characteristic, analyzed the geotechnological synthetic material and prevented and cured the mechanism which reflects the crack, proposed the application requirement for the geotechnological synthetic material and construction main point.We have analyzed the interval and influence factor of time and confirmed the method of semi-rigid type base pre-cutting crack, introduced the method of "semi-rigid type base pre-cutting crack+geotextile".
