The loess distributes widely. It's composition and property are exceptive. Controlling the compaction quality strictly is an economic and effective method to improve the carrying and resisting distortion capacity of the loess subgrade in the construction.The paper firstly modeled static compaction, vibratory compaction and the impact compaction on the loess subgrade in the doors. Using the stress and frequency region reveled the loess dynamic performance under compaction process ; compared the three kinds of compaction by the density and the stress . The results indicate: the compaction method has great influence on the compaction effect of the loess subgrade, comparing with the static compaction and the vibratory compaction, the impact compaction operated deep-seated soil. Over-compaction occurred in all three kinds of compaction. Secondly, compaction tests were done on the yumenkou-yanliang speedway to investigate the construction process of the impact compaction and the dynamic compaction on the loess subgrade . Finally, through the press performance, the using performance of the loess subgrade and the compaction process , compaction standard that may be applied to loess fillings was put forward .
