Suspension bridge construction method is special and the connection between the stiffening girders which is adopted temporarily scissor. Structure character is changing constantly, and the corresponding rigidity is changing constantly. Considering the geometrically nonlinear remarkable character, the structure dynamic character during the whole suspension bridge construction must be further studied.People have paid much attention to wind effect of long span suspension bridge, and obtained some extremely valuable achievements. There is further studies on the research of static wind stability during the stiffening girder erecting.On the basis of the project of YunNan LanCanJian suspension bridge, using FEM program ANSYS, referring to the existing documents dynamic feature and static wind stability of the constructing suspension bridge is studied in this paper. The analyse of finite element simulation to the dynamic character of the every main construction process of suspension bridge is studied from the finite elment method based on finite displacement theory and nonlinear theory.During suspension bridge construction, the variable regularity of the dynamic character and the rigidity is studied, then the most dangerous position is determined. In order to give a valuable reference to wind resistance design for long span suspension bridge construction, utilizing the method of increment and iteration combining together, the static wind effect during the stiffening girder erecting is non-linearly analysed, the regularity of critical wind velocity of static buckling and the side static wind responding of structure which is varying with accomplishment ratio of stiffening girder erection is studied, and the influence on the critical wind velocity and the side static wind responding of structure impacted by the attcak angle of wind velocity impacted is studied.The analytical result in this paper can provide references for the dynamic and static wind resistance study of the construction of long-span suspension bridge.
