Missile eject launcher design is a very complex process. Computer aided eject launcher design system will not only enhance the design efficiency, but also shorten the design cycle. It can solve the problem of data exchange and data sharing between different platforms, thus reduces the difficulty and cost of design.This thesis focused on ejects launcher CAD system. The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, the methodology of top-down design and modular design are introduced, the database of this system is established and a C/S application model is proposed. Compared with popular CAD/CAE software, we choose UG as the development of system platform, and use Visual Studio .Net and Knowledge Fusion as systems development tools.Secondly, given some key technology used in the system, such as how to change the parametric to updata the CAD model and how to complete the optimize computing in the system. Then more details are discussed at the end of this part.And then, a small Computer-aided design system for launcher design is implemented, including optimize computing the key length of the missile launcher, using the new data to updata the CAD model and storing of information which are essential for a maturity CAD system.Finally, this thesis provides a summary of the research work and made some recommendations for the future research.
