Turbofan engine's starting process is very important in a flight mission. it's important to start the air-engine quickly and successfully so it requires to research the problem deeply. This paper build up a new model of turbofan engine's starting process. By the high-speed components' characteristics of the fan and compressor calculating the low-speed components' characteristics of the fan and compressor, the high pressure turbine and low pressure turbine's flux characteristics of low speed and considering the low-speed rotor's following characteristics in the starting process are established, a new model of turbofan engine's starting process which is based on the components' characteristics and time-advancing method is build. In the end, a turbofan engine's starting process with the new starting process model is simulated and the new model gives reasonable results. The new starting model can be applied to other turbofan engine's starting processes' numerical simulation and design.
