Flight Control System Fault Detection And Simulation Software Development

There are the methods of based on the knowledge, or the analytic model, or the signal processing of the traditional methods of detecting faults. This article aims at the fault detection of flight control system, makes use of the methods of partial detection and whole detection to diagnose the lock fault of the actors and injury faults of the rudders of flight control system.The article researches into the arithmetic of principle components analysis and dynamic time warping, and achieves the goal of using the two methods to detect faults of the flight control system. In virtue of the modeling of actors in the situation of normal and fault, the pneumatic modeling of planes in the situation of normal and loss on the rudders, we simulate and detect the single and complex lock faults of actors and injury faults of the rudders. The simulation results indicate that the arithmetic can recognize the single and complex faults exactly, and show robust to filter the noises.On the base of the simulation, according to the criterion of software engineering, we develop the simulation software of fault diagnosis of the flight control system with the the virtual instrument software Labwindows/CVI. The soft uses the ANSI C, fully utilizes the ActiveX technology, establishes the interface programs among Lab Windows/CVI, matlab and word, and dynamic simulates by driving the module of modeling in the simulink, the arithmetic module of M files in the matlab, and the interface module in the word with C program. The soft realizes the function of user-defined in the detection parameters and types of faults, can display the graphs of the detection result and flight parameters, load the external program of the matlab, and generate the report of detection results in the word.
