The method of based on statistical analysis is an important embranchment of detecting faults domain. The theme researches into the theory of principle component analysis, and achieves the goal of using the method to detect faults of the flight control system. In virtue of the pneumatic modeling of plane in the situation of normal, and loss of control surfaces, the modeling of the three typical sensor's exception class, To process the associative data by the pneumatic of principle component analysis, and find the failure. The result indicates that PCA is sensitive to abnormal data, but deficient in failure isolation. The article respectively adopts the methods of partial detection and whole detection to diagnose the lock fault of the actors and injury faults of control surfaces , and the method of dynamic time warping to identify sensor's fault exactly. The result shows that DTW can identify the fault exactly .On the basis of the simulation, the theme develops the simulation software of fault diagnosis of the flight control system with Visual C++ and Matlab, according to the criterion of software engineering. It takes full advantage of flexible interface program tools of VC and abundant math analytic functions of Matlab. The soft realizes the function of user-defined in the detection parameters and types of fault, can display the graphs of the detection result and flight parameters.
