Half-practicality simulation is a dominating method to test flight control system. This paper researches on the aerodynamic load simulation of one type of helicopter airscrew, and simulates how the aircrew act during flight to test the flight control system of the helicopter. Minishing the surplus force is the crux of the loading system. This paper aims at lessening the surplus force and improving the loading system performance.Firstly, single channel loading system's structure and the whole sysytem's mathematical model are analyzed to design corresponding control strategy. Then thesis analyzed the coupling relationship of the channels of the system and proposed its math model.Based on the mathematical expression, the paper researches the factors which influence the surplus force. A feed-forward compensation method with the structure invariance theory is brought forward and it effectively reduces the surplus force. The results of simulation show that the reduce of the surplus force has meet the target requestThe paper analyses the influence of nonlinear factors, and the classical feed-forward control, neural network PID auto adaptive control, CMAC neural network and PID control are respectively adopted to implement the control system. The results of simulation aiming at reducing the surplus force are compared, and the merits and flaws of the different control laws in this system are analyzed.
