Ball mill pulverizing system is often to be introduced in power plant, and it had high electricity consumption that is in 20% proportion to all electricity consumption. Its safely run will influence the normally work of power plant. For ball mill coal pulverizer is a controlled subject of multi-input, multi-output, strong coupling, non-linearity, big delay and change with time, so groovy controlled math model PID is difficult to meet controlled quality demand. It is to say, whether manual or automatic control is hard to accomplish the steady run of ball mill coal pulverizer. This is a practical problem that is desirable to be solved.In this paper, combined with the change of control system of the power plant, emphasizing on relational tactic in three control system about ball mill coal pulverizer (include outlet temperature, inlet draft pressure and load), based on basic structure, object character, adjustable principle, operation rule, parameter adjustment and practical operation, fuzzy control and neural network control have been used, at the same time, some effective methods about improving ball mill coal pulverizer control system and control rule are brought forward.Though operation not only it applies to all sorts of operation style and status, but also improves the adjustment quality and ensures effect and built up competitive strength.
