This article mainly tells us the analysis of the mechanism and the research of the fuzzy control technology on ball mill coal pulverized system.Ball mill coal pulverized system is a complex multivariate object with strong coupling and great inertia.In order to reduce the impact between the loop, this article uses some fuzzy rules for decoupling,PID controller use closed-loop to control,it tests the ability of anti-interference capability,robustness and stability of the system,the control system simulation results show that the fuzzy control system has good ability of decoupling,the anti-jamming capability and robustness and the ball milling system's control quality has improved. This article also combine the adaptive and fuzzy control theory for the parameters of PID self-tuning, through the simulation of adaptive fuzzy PID control system,we authenticate the feasibility.This article has important theoretical and practical value in such multi-variable system.
