The bearingless technique has developed quickly these years, and the rearch on it has became a focus. The bearingless motors, which combine the drive with magnetic levitation,is a new type of motors. The bearingless induction motors which have the advantage of simple structure and high reliability, were studied earlier than other types of bearingless motors. They has great application value in the domain of the electrical drive with high and ultra high speed.An analytical expression of the magnetic levitation force for bearingless induction motor is proposed based on the anlyse of magnetic suspension principle, and its computation accuracy was verified by Ansoft. As the bearingless induction motor is a nonlinear , strong coupling and multi-variance system, it is important to relize the decoupling of electromagnetic torque and levitation force. In this dissertation ,flux orientation controller is proposed to relize the levitation of rotor,moreover a digital control system based on TMS320LF2407A DSP for real-time control was developed to relize the measurement of displacement, speed and current;it also provide a reliable experiment environment for suspension operation studying of the prototype motor. The programme in this dissertation is all done by assemble language in the environment of CC'C2000 software .The experiment of a two dimensions prototype motor is finished successfully.
