Intelligent Manufacturing Technology And Systems Research

The intelligent manufacturing is one of advanced manufacturing. The intelligent manufacturing system is a system in which the information is treated. Because its material,Energy and message are opened, It is an open information system. The intelligent manufacturing technology is a synthetical science in which it involves the manufacturing, automation, system engineering and artificial intelligence. It represents a new stype of manufacturing in the 21st century. It is applied on a large scale in the production cycle; It is applied gradually in the cell technology such as the expert system of model design, the expert system of CNC diagnosis and the intelligent robot. This is a road of manufacturing development in my country.The paper discusses the basic theory of intelligent manufacturing system, intelligence cell technology, and the technology of intelligent robot. In accordance with fact, the systematic structure is elaborated in the intelligent manufacturing system; the model is established in the machining centers; the automatic calculation of the dimensions chain is prevented; the cell technique resources are selected in the system. For example:First, With the developing of manufacturing industry, a new mode of intelligent manufacturing has appeared. The paper elaborate the natural feature of intelligent manufacturing ,proposes Multiagents' architecture ,and elaborates the means of the model building based on the available manufacture technique (CNC: Computer Numerical Control;FMS: Flexible Manufacturing System;CIM: Computer Integrated Manufacturing)。Second,The paper introduces the fundamental theory of Petri's net. The model of machining centers system is established according to Petri's net in order to research the entire process dynamic characteristic. The system is simulated by the software of Arena7.0 ,in order to analyse reasenable and high efficiency quality of the resource setup.
