Manufacturing informatization is the general trend of manufacturing industry inChina. Some existing manufacturing mode has been unable used to the contemporarymanufacturing industry informatization development. With the application of sometechnology, such as cloud computing, the semantic Web and the Internet of things,and so on, a new manufacturing model called "cloud manufacturing" has beenproposed which is service-oriented, highly efficient, consumes less energy, and isknowledge based. The optimal allocation and the comprehensive sharing of resourcescan be implemented well in cloud manufacturing. Meanwhile, social resources idlerate be reduced.First of all, through the analysis of cloud manufacturing resources, heterogeneity,diversity, dynamic and complexity characteristics are presented.Ontology that haveconcept hierarchy and logical reasoning be used to semantic modeling. At the sametime, from the manufacturing resource lifecycle dimension, aggregate sizecomprehensive evaluation and consideration, a multidimensional semantic model ofmanufacturing resources ontology is established. The unified description of themanufacturing resources is implemented.Secondly, the issue that how to obtain manufacturing resources ontology isdiscussed in the thesis。The template definition method and the web informationextraction method which can achieve network information into ontology are proposed.The problem that how to acquire manufacturing resources ontology can effectively besolved. In order to achieve the sharing of manufacturing resources in the cloudmanufacturing environment, the problem of interoperability between models need tobe solved. Through the analysis of the manufacturing resource modeling process, theMeta model theory is introduced to set up a manufacturing resource meta-model.What’s more, the relationship between the model and the model is expounded.Finally, by considering the factor of the influence of the multiple targetoptimization configuration, The problem of target weight ratio of multi-objectiveoptimization be solved in configuration by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP).The problem that the optimal allocation of multiple tasks process partssimultaneously at cloud manufacturing mode is considered, Waiting for processingtime calculation formula are put forward. In order to achieve the shortest of time, theminimum of cost, the mathematical model of optimal allocation of resources inmulti-objective, multi-part is proposed. Then, genetic algorithm for solving thismodel is also investigated; a case study is employed for the effectiveness and thevalidity.
