Improvement, Based On Dsp And Pci Bus Data Acquisition Card

This project is to design and apply a parameters measurement system of airplane engine. The measurement system is based on PCI bus and designed to integral measure the engine's parameters such as pressure, engine rotate speed, air flux, etc. The system is very important in evaluatiang,ameliorating and repairing airplane engine because it provides relevant exam data for the airplane engine design. This thesis mainly discussed the pressure parameters testing model of the system.The pressure parameters testing of airplane engine is based on zero dead time parallel acquisition technology to test the pressure signals which were tranfered from pressure sensor. The input votage range is±20mV～±10V, frequency range is 0~20kHz. The AD sampling rate is 100ksps, distinguishability is 16 bit. It uses two groups of RAM to real-time store the collected data by time-sharing store and access technique, and uses a DSP chip to real-time analyse the frequency spectrum. The model exchanges data with the host through PCI bus. There are two CPLD chips in the model to control the logic and time sequence.It is VFP system control software which controls the parameters measurement system of airplane engine. The control software connects with PCI driver to send order to the measurement system, in order to initialize the system and start collection. It will access the time domain data in RAM and frequence domaim data in DSP through PCI bus, finish data transfer automaticly, display the data in many ways such as graphicness and table, and store the data into harddisk at the same time. Besides, in order to install and use the software easy, a install package was made with Install Shield software. Therefore, users will not worry about the register of control in software intalling.The whole system was developed completely and delivered to use. Both the performance and the function were satisfyed the users very well.
