Rigid-continuous beam bridge is a combination of rigid bridge and continuous bridge. It has the advantages of both rigid bridge and the continuous bridge, and anandoned the disadvantages of them. This kind of bridge is superiority in the aspects of stress distribution, using function, and the adaptability of environment. After the first rigid-continuous beam bridge, Shandong Dongming Yellow river bridge, being constructed and using successfully, this kind of bridge is wide constructed in our country recent years.This kind of bridge often uses the construction technique of segmental cantilever installation, which is important to control the deformation of the bridge during the construction stage. In the purpose of getting a well known of the deformation of this kind of bridge and use the result guiding the construction, this article mainly discussed the following issue by analysising a real bridge:1. This article first introduced the finit-element mothod, and the theory of analysising the temperature and the shrinkage creep effects. Analysised the real bridge example by using the programme Midas/Civil.2. This article puts emphasis on the analysising of the distorbtion caused by the factors during construction. By analysising the bridage, this article found out the more important factors to the deformation. And use the conclusion guiding the control of the construction.3. This article talks about a simple utility way to analysis and adjust the factors during the controlling of the bridge.4. After being used successfully during the real project, it is considered that this method is suitable for middle span beam bridge. And this simple utility method can be well understood and adapted by all engineers.
