The Internal Grid of Great Industry and Mining Enterprise, whose abbreviation is The Enterprise Grid, is a kind of special distribution grid in China. Though, some of The Enterprise Grid is almost as large as the normal urban and rural distribution network, it is administrated by the non-professional inner power utility bureau. Thus the contradiction between the deficiency of the investment and the high demand of the reliability, safety and quality of the power supply is becoming more outstanding.Based on the documents and the investigation, this paper summarizes the status and problems of The Enterprise Grid. By taking the Yanzhou Mining Grid as the typical example and using the PSASP as the tool, the general analysis is given out, which includes the reliability of the power supply, the reasonableness of the load flow, the level of voltage in every kind of operation mode, the balance of power and energy and so on. The roots of the problems appearing in the Yanzhou Mining Grid are found out and the improvement scheme is proposed.The scheme given by this paper has been proved to be feasible, and has begun to be implemented in practice. It can give some practical advices in some degree. And this paper tries to do some work to improve the modeling and algorithm of The Enterprise Grid with the self-supply power plant. Meanwhile it puts forword the mathematic model of the system transformer substation and the PSASP model of the split-winding transformer which has been proved exact in the practical calculation.
