| Turbocharging technology has been widely applied on the vehicular diesel engine, which can increase ratio of power, reduce ratio of mass, improve fuel economy. Now, the turbocharged engine has became the basic product type in many countries, while the natural aspirated engine, as the modified type for special purpose, so turbocharging is the important trend of the engine development.The task of this subject is to develop KM496 turbocharged diesel engine on the base of KM496 natural aspiration type.considering the actual situation of the manufacturer, the development and research is to meet the demand of market and consumers. According to the modification of new product's type, on the basis of theory and testing, absorbing and referring to the latest domestic and foreign testing results, this thesis mainly discuss the matching test of turbocharging system, analysis of the combustion system, choice of the fuel delivery system and design of the exhaust system, and these have been certified from the test, it also will give the testing reference to the same type engine.The matching test of turbocharger with mixed flow turbine is only a theoretical calculation on the base of thermodynamic calculation, it performs the instructional function during the testing progress. Through the large scale comparability test, we finally find the best point among fuel, air and combustion chamber. We also deeply research and improve the influence upon reducing the exhaust emission after turbocharged. |
