Nowadays, more attention has been paid to the safety issue on automobile collision. In the frontal collision, the driver was usually so seriously hurt that caused him lose his ability to save or organize to rescue himself, as a consequence, the driver failed to control the automobile which resulted in re-collision. By the analysis on the structure of the automobile and on the function demands during frontal collision, the paper puts forward a creative proposal of movable cab system and auto-braking valve from the design of passive safety on automobile frontal collision. The proposal realized the anti-pressure on the driver by moving the cab during the accident; the proposal reduced the acceleration of the automobiles by buffer effect of moving process during the accident; the proposal prevented the automobile out of control by using the auto-braking valve after the collision. Under the basis of the movable cab, by establishing the flexible relation between the diversion controlling system and the movable cab, clearance trouble which was caused by the damage of diversion controlling system could be avoided, so reduced the cost of the traffic jam and of dealing with the accident.Since the test of automobile collision is a systematic project which demands vast investment, the proposal put forward in this paper can not be affirmed by the tests. While by the analysis on the systematic work and the calculation of the feature parameter, it proved the feasibility of the project and also provided the alternative for the design of the passive safety of automobiles.
