| With the prompt development of computer science, micro-electronics science and precision machinary technology, analysis instruments have a growing trend to exactitude, cybernation, complete set and miniaturization, customization, simpleness, family use and personal use.This paper demostrates the feasibility of high-speed urine analyzed system based on CCD, discusses how to carry out the system, and provides the improvement of the exactitude and speed with theory and method.This system is composed of hardware system, software and arithmetic. Hardware system includes four parts of image acquirement box, camera lens, image acquirement card and PC. Software is developed by VC++6.0.With the help of the software we can catch, process and store the image from the image acquirement card. In the project we process the data with the methods of smooth filter, boundary division technique and Fisher linear sorting method.We designe and make the image acquirement box and light driving circuit, especially researching the method of acquiring image, processing data and recognizing pattern. Through the theory of light radiation and intensity, we can use the fewest LEDs to satisfy the luminous intensity demand. Through image segmentation theory, we can accurately pick module up from the test stripe when it is put in wrong directions. Through image processing theory, we can acquire correct information and avoid the bad effects from the asymmetric chemistry reaction and instability of the devices. Through pattern recognization theory, we can find a good measure to correctly distinguish the swatches.We take advantage of the method of trying and supposing to finish the experiment. For example, we firstly compute the number of the LED regarding perfect situation, then finish the experiment and rectify the numerical value. For another example, we firstly compute the resistance under the desiring situation, secondly choose appropriate resistances according to the debug result.We bring forward a project of high-speed urine analyzed system based on computer technology and image processing theory, and prove the feasibility and advantage of the project through the experiment with PH, Protein, Glucose. This new way plays a actively and important role in developing a kind of more precise and faster urine analyzed system. |
