Implementation And Design Of Logistics And Express Cross-belt Automatic Sorting System

As modern e-commerce industry has developed rapidly,and will have produced tens of millions or even billions of parcels day in and day out.However,in our domestic there are still plenty of parcel express logistics centers using artificial methods achieved selection.Definitely,the study of express logistics automatic sorting system has made a great significance for the entire logistics industry.In the paper,referencing to R&D cross-belt type automatic sorting system of some device companies in Hangzhou,and elaborated its basic structure,system components,the system works and detailed design.Afterwards,emphasized on researching the control of carousel constant speed,the carousel is driven by a linear motor,and using the method of fuzzy control completed constant speed control,fuzzy controller adopted by Siemens plc200.In the automatic sorting system,in order to solve the problem of P2P communication,based on infrared wireless communication system,we projected an automatic sorting system controller.According to the automatic sorting system control requirements,the system controller uses FPGA as the core processor,adding an infrared transmitting and receiving diode,completed logic control and information transmission controller.Between the host computer and controller systems formed the communication network 485 by a way of communication.Then finished hardware schematics and software flow chart,the last step completed coding.To draw a conclusion,the new system proposed and implemented an improved automatic sorting system control algorithms,the measured data show that Siemens plc200 fuzzy controller works well under a variety of conditions to meet the constant speed control and improved automatic sorting system control algorithm applied to the system controller.The controller works well,avoid sorting errors,now the controller is widely used in many automatic sorting equipment companies in the Hangzhou.
