| This paper introduces the workflow system based on internet application and B/S pattern, and makes a further research on the information security with the data moving in it.Guided with manufacturing informationization theory, the workflow system which belongs to the ERP category has come into being. This system acts as an important role as to help enterprises to deal with every aspect of business process, including design,analysis,evaluation and statistics, and also manage the relationship among workflow,people and other resources, and to integrate the inside and outside information.The current leading pattern for workflow system is C/S, which is relatively helpless to exert the advantages of internet. As to build the distributing application and realize the information integration over the world, enterprises require to construct internet-based workflow system which should easily combine with other sub-systems in ERP, such as OA,mail,audit and special finance sub-systems. This paper puts forward a solution to meet the traits and demands of enterprise nowadays, by using J2EE frame and MVC design pattern, and digital signature and digital certificate technologies are imported to enhance the data security. The main results are as follows:1. Bring forward an internet-based and B/S system solution, through researching the enterprises'present traits and demands. The solution is also made by comparing J2EE with .NET framework and using Struts.2. Put forward the internet and event-driven based workflow engine technology. The server-end database design,the program logic and the client-end user interfaces are all defined and performed.3. Discuss two fierce problems of data transmission on the net. First, the accuracy and availability of bill data, and second is the signature's availability of law. Using of digital signature and digital certificate assures the data security both in the transmission way and on the database side.4. Apply those theories into TETDMIS project and get the expecting achievement. |
