| A large quantity of fault information can be collected during the whole process of aircraftmaintenance period. After the aircrafts which need to be repaired are transferred to the factory, theengineers should learn about the current status of the airplane to make the maintenance plan in detailas soon as possible. Making good use of these information is an important way to enhance theproduction efficiency for aircraft maintenance companies. The thesis makes an analysis of theapplication and the trend of Management Information System (MIS) in airplane maintenance field, sodoes the consumption for the fault information collection from the process of aircraft maintenanceperiod. Different kinds of safety protocols can be used in MIS, and this is also researched in this thesis.A system based on JSP technology has been developed after this research. The thesis includesfollowing works:Firstly, the current research status of MIS and its trend of development are introduced.Combining with the characteristics in airplane maintenance field, the function requirement of thesystem is finished, the development platform is selected and the function of each sub-system moduleis also defined.Secondly, according to the analysis on practical aircraft maintenance process, the fault propertybased on the source of fault information is classified. A standard upload and verify procedure has beenfinished after this analysis.Thirdly, Different safety protocols have been put into application in this system. The usage ofunified authentication and digital signature technology makes it more efficient to manage user rightsand ensure the entity of the information transaction process in the system. The application of HTTPScommunication protocol based on SSL also makes the information transmission much safer.At last, the system is developed in detail to let the software have the function of informationcollect upload verify search and scan. What’s more, the function of assistance analysis and faultphotos album is also included in this system. After the development of this system, it has been put intopractical production application. |
