| The rapidly developing of science and technology has now days greatly promoted the growth of analysis and inspect instrument, specially the portable instrument with small size, high performance , cheaper and simple operation. The portable instruments are used all field widely, This paper studies and analyses application of embedded system with the really project in the medical field and the embedded system's basic theory , application feature and the real case are mainly involved. Based on the advanced and popular portable instrument's kernel technology along with the embedded operational system such as WindowsCE system platform , Aiming at human's biomedical signal–measure of blood pressure parameter, with the MSP430 microprocessor which has powerful ability of transaction and achievement the real-time data pick and process. On up-computer ,using Platform Builder tool customizing the Windows CE platform using the VC programming language finishing the application software to multi-parameter monitor , The whole system achieving the data's sample, real time disposal, analysis, display, store and communication of biomedical signal and imitate the system.As the focused issue currently, embedded system has made great progress in the field of automation especially in signal collection, analysis and processing, and in the field of intelligent medical instrument, embedded system has great application space. Therefore, It is important to make thoroughly research, in particular, oriented the application of the field of measure and control and medical instrument.
