In order to alleviate our country incisive electric power supply and demand to be day by day contradictory, the improvement electricity consumption imbalanced phenomenon, domestic each provinces and cities electric power department oneself started to promote Multi-tariff Watt-hour Meters gradually. At present calibration devices for Clock Error of Multi-tariff Watt-hour Meter mainly uses is calibration device system, but these system working efficiencies low, the operation is complex, and is not advantageous for carries. We developed one kind of new Calibrator for Clock Error of Multi-tariff Watt-hour Meter for thisThe present paper research designed Contact-less Calibrator for Clock Error of Multi-tariff Watt-hour Meter. This system adopts the non- contact type measuring technique to the clock crystal oscillator, increased the survey precision greatly through the multi- cyclical synchronization frequency measurement, has achieved the national examination standard.The paper first has made the outline to situation of Contact-less Calibrator for Clock Error of Multi-tariff Watt-hour Meter in our country, then has made the contrast and the error analysis to each frequency measurement, method, proposed the clock crystal oscillator error examines the system the system design plan. Has analyzed the function which the overall system structure and each part needs to realize.Then proposed in the hardware aspect examines the meter the constitution block diagram, — chooses the frequency enlargement electric circuit and the host regarding the main part controls the return route the function and the work way, also has carried on the thorough analysis: Designed the receive to choose the frequency enlargement electric circuit, introduced selected PIC chip PIC16F87X the reason; Were partial in the time examination core counter, has used the CCP module design method. And has made the design in the paper to the data display module and the connection module, realized has examined the meter the liquid crystal display.Then The paper elaborated the PIC monolithic integrated circuit software establishment method and the realization process in the software aspect, including asynchronous serial communication function realization.Finally has made a summary to this system design.
