Assembly-integral composite floor which used prestressed concrete hollow slabs or prestressed concrete solid thin slabs as soleplate has dual merit of integral floor and assembly floor. It is a kind of floor which has provided with the strongpoint of saving material, decreasing cost, reducing construction load and has good prospects.Especially it is diffcult to prevent and cure the cracking on the slabs of assembly floor at the present time and the integral floor also has many outstanding disfigurements, for example wasting moulding board and time,excessive concrete damp work. Therefore, the study on assembly-integral composite floor has important meaning.Through analyzing and testing of 8 single supported prestressed concrete hollow slabs with the height of 120mm,the paper demonstrated the probability of the sort of slabs used as soleplate of laminated slabs.The merits of choosing the soleplate of concrete hollow slabs with the height of 120mm are we can not only avoide the difficulty of construction , transportation and hoist due to adopting the pre-stressed concrete solid thin-slabs with the height of 50mm which possesses inferior rigidity, but also avoid the shortcomings of adopting the integral floor which demands a quantity of moulding board and excessive concrete damp work, requests longer time limit for a project. At the same time, we think out the mean ratio of testing value of ultimate moment and testing value of cracking moment is 1.19.It is obviously small because ductility is requested rigorously in structural design at present.And the mostly conclusion is strain intensity value of prestressed reinforcing steel bar is exorbitant.In order to illuminate the relating rule of the quality and structural capability between the prestressed laminated slabs and the soleplate, and farther consummate the new method and design theoretics of the quality and structural capability between the prestressed laminated slabs and the soleplate, the paper puts forward relativity and calculation model of cracking moment and ultimate moment between prestressed hollow slab and prestressed concrete laminated hollow slabs through testing of 8 single supported prestressed concrete hollow slab with the height of 120mm and 4 single supported prestressed concrete hollow laminated slab with the height of 170mm. By manageing symbolic statistics,large numbers of test datas are analysed in the paper through regressed analyzing adopting simple, quadratic, three cubed multinomial and power function and power function is ideal.Bring forward the means which divide all condition into three different work condition according to mainly influence factor of soleplate concrete strength grade, laminated layer concrete strength grade, prestressed reinforcing steel bar...
