Regional Landscape Planning Theory And Empirical Research

Regional spatial planning is emphasize on spatial area planning .especially pay attention to the whole harmony stratagem of the area developing. Regional landscape planning is layout and planning to the landscape elements in area. And it is the integrative use with geography, ecology and planning.Based on the review of domestic and abroad studies on the landscape planning, this paper analyzes the new view on regional landscape planning, summarize the planning theory, method and principle. Taking Yizheng City as an example, landscape pattern is designed and landscape function sections are planning throng analyzing the physical geography characters of Yizheng. Findings are summarized in the following:1. Regional landscape planning is design the whole regional pattern based on the area background., it is not only contains spatial landscape pattern "patch-corridor-matrix" which refered in landscape ecology, but also emphasize on construct the macroscopical landscape. Regional landscape planning purpose to construct the better human environment. But not pay attention to microcosmic environment.2. Regional landscape planning is the integrative use with geography, ecology and planning.3. Yizheng City is between the Changjiang river and Huaihe river, and have particular landscape pattern. There are dense rivers and road corridors in area, some landscape spots and fragility ecology spots are separated in area. So patches are very fragmentized. The land use is main of agriculture. The spatial landscape pattern is show a network pattern of patch-corridor-matrix in area.4. Yizheng City is divided into five parts in this paper. Based on the analysis of landscape pattern and the condition of social, economy in Yizheng, this paper divided five landscape function sections to Yizheng Ctiy. Each function section has different landscape and function.
