There are many serious problem in fundamental construction, such as producing a large number of architectural garbage, demanding a large number of aggregate in highway construction. On the background of solving this kind of problem method inside and outside country, recycled aggregates as a part of aggregate are added into semi-rigid base which is of good performance.In this paper, by tests and researched the intensity of the lime-fly ash stabilized aggregate base, the structure characters of skeleton-dense; by tests and researched the basic performance of the lime-fly ash stabilized aggregate base which with different amount of recycled aggregates, understanding the influence of adding different amount of recycled aggregates in the lime-flu ash stabilized aggregate base. In this paper, discussing the economical efficiency analysis of using recycled aggregates in our country.It is pointed that it is feasible to use recycled aggregates in lime-fly ash stabilized base, however, there are some different properties between recycled aggregate and nature aggregate, if making the use of recycled aggregate in lime-fly ash stabilized base, we should pay much attention to this.
